2. User Eligibility

To use Arthaz services, you must:

Provide accurate and complete information during registration and purchase.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

3. Account Registration

Users agree to:

Accept responsibility for activities occurring under their account.

Arthaz may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Purchase predefined or customized services.
Access project management tools through the client dashboard.

All purchases are subject to service availability and payment confirmation.

5. Payments

All services require 100% advance payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Work will commence only after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Additional requests, revisions beyond agreed scope, or new deliverables may require separate charges.

6. Project Delivery

Arthaz will make reasonable efforts to deliver services within estimated timelines.

Delivery timelines may be affected by:

Client delays
Incomplete information
Revision requests
Third-party dependencies
Force majeure events

Estimated timelines are not guaranteed deadlines unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate project requirements.
Supply necessary assets, content, and materials.
Respond to feedback requests promptly.
Review and approve submitted work within a reasonable timeframe.

Project delays caused by client inactivity may impact delivery schedules.

8. Revisions

Revision availability depends on the purchased package or project agreement.

Requests that substantially change the original project scope may be treated as new work and billed separately.

Arthaz reserves the right to determine whether a request qualifies as a revision or a new project requirement.

9. Intellectual Property

Client Ownership

Clients retain ownership of:

Original content provided by them.
Trademarks and brand assets supplied for the project.

Arthaz Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed, Arthaz retains ownership of:

Internal systems
Workflows
Templates
Methodologies
Proprietary tools

Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment, subject to any third-party licensing restrictions.

10. Portfolio Rights

Arthaz may display completed projects, designs, videos, campaigns, and creative work in:

Portfolios
Case studies
Social media content
Marketing materials
Sales presentations

Clients requiring confidentiality must notify Arthaz before project commencement and obtain written approval.

11. Dashboard and Platform Usage

Users may access project dashboards, communication tools, file storage, and delivery systems provided by Arthaz.

Users shall not:

Attempt unauthorized access.
Interfere with platform functionality.
Upload malicious software.
Misuse communication features.
Violate applicable laws.

Arthaz reserves the right to suspend access for misuse or security concerns.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arthaz shall not be liable for:

Indirect damages
Consequential losses
Lost profits
Business interruptions
Data loss
Third-party service failures

The total liability of Arthaz shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

13. Third-Party Services

Certain services may involve third-party platforms, tools, software, advertising networks, hosting providers, or payment gateways.

Arthaz is not responsible for the policies, actions, or service interruptions of third-party providers.

14. Termination

Arthaz reserves the right to:

Refuse service
Suspend accounts
Cancel projects
Restrict platform access

when users violate these Terms, applicable laws, or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behavior.

15. Privacy

Use of Arthaz is also governed by the Privacy Policy available on the platform.

Users acknowledge that personal and project-related information may be collected and processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

16. Force Majeure

Arthaz shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters
Internet outages
Government actions
Labor disputes
Cybersecurity incidents
Infrastructure failures

17. Changes to Terms

Arthaz may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on the platform with a revised effective date.

Continued use of Arthaz services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
